This is a working draft for the Colorado Springs pilot and is not yet final. It will be reviewed by legal counsel before public launch. It is provided for transparency and isn't legal advice.

1. What we collect

2. How we use it

3. How we share it

We share the minimum needed to run a job: a Customer and the booked Pro see what's necessary to complete the work (names, the job, and in-app contact — phone numbers stay masked). We use service providers (e.g., payments, background checks, hosting, notifications) under contract. We don't sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect people from harm.

4. Your data, your control

You can access or update your profile in the app, and you can request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing us. Some records may be retained where required for legal, tax, safety, or dispute-resolution reasons.

5. Security

We use industry-standard measures — encryption in transit, access controls, and processing sensitive operations server-side — to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep yours safe and to be transparent if something goes wrong.

6. Children

TruliLocal isn't directed to anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

7. Changes

We'll post updates here with a new date. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email.
